How You Show Up Changes Everything

My business partner and I decided to utilize EmpowerU2Be's services to conduct Personality Assessments for each of us.  We wanted to better understand how each of us communicates and how we can communicate more effectively with others. 

Similar to many individuals, our primary mode of communication is electronic, whether it be emails or text messages. Kathleen made sure that we had a good understanding of the different styles (Eagle, Parrot, Dove and Owl) and what each bird style represented.  She then provided us with a comprehensive report about our style - including how we communicate and lead.  She made sure that all our questions were answered. 

We were surprised at what we learned about each other! We successfully utilized and applied the knowledge gained to help us improve our internal communications within our business.  

I have taken other tests that are similar to this (DISC, Birkman); however, the Taking Flight with DISC training proved to be the most detailed, least complicated and fun version.
